We were very pleased with our selection of Innovative Construction for repairing the hail storm damage to our home's roof, gutters and dryvit. We decided on Innovative Construction because we felt it was important to work with a local company and not one of the many storm chasers that flocked to the DC area because of the hail storm of May 2010. The project is coming along nicely. The old walk-way/porch is partially removed - and the old concrete construction of it and the steps is a bear. Hopefully the remainder of the raised walkway, that is concrete bolted to the front of the brick house, will remove will more ease. The new porch is supported very well and the new roof is on the house, garage, and new 30'X12' porch. Innovative Construction Services replaced my roof and I was very, very pleased with the work they did. They arrived on time (as promised) to give me the estimate and to replace the roof; they were very courteous, explained the process to me, answered all of my questions, did a wonderful job with the clean-up after the roof was replaced and followed-up to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. Even the owner of the company helped with replacing the roof. I couldn't have asked for better results.
