Brian was easy to work with. His concern was for our satisfaction. Prompt and timely. Great follow through to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The reason that we went with Innovative Construction Services was that we really like the reviews from the other homeowners. He actually inspected our roof himself before making his quote to us.
I got several estimates, this project started out as a repair and ended up as a replacement. Their price was significantly lower than their competitors but the quality of workmanship and materials that I received was comparable. Came with the standard warranty and the roof looks great. I would recommend and use these guys again.
