Polite. Honest. Cleaned-up and did an excellent job.
Missed appointment for estimate. Did not call about it after 3 days. Called him then got estimate done. Estimate projected to be done in 24 hours. After two days, had to call him. He said secretary sent it that morning. Did not receive till later that night. Estimate I considered high. Sent a note with possibly a lower price. I found him very knowledgeable when he was doing the estimate. I believe he would do an excellent job. I am doing the project myself.
Innovative Construction Services completed this project in a timely manner. Staff was very courteous and professional. I would use this company again for small jobs.. My only caveat is that you must sign a waiver agreement prior to work being performed which essentially frees this company from any responsibility for any damages they may incur during working at your residence.
