He has turned about my job in a timely and professional manner.
Of all those who provided estimates, Innovative Construction was the only one who climbed up on the roof, as well as inspected the roof from the interior of my home. One contractor didn't even bring a ladder. He did his estimate from his truck and his "knowledge" of town homes!
So far, we have completed the replacement of the carport supports. They are absolutely lovely and have enhanced the appearance (not to mention the value) of house. We also have contracted to have additional insulation added to the attic space and that should be done by 8/1/07. There are still 2 other jobs that need doing and I am sure they will be completed on-time and on-budget
The employees the owner of Innovative Constrcution sent were paid by the hour, one didn't seem to sure of himself and the other one was very slow. They had to redo things because the workmanship was not up tp par. Of course this was All charged as work done. Finally the owner came out to redo things and he charged me also. So it was not a good experience for me.

We tried very hard to please this customer. We saved her over 1,000.00 dollars from another estimate provided by another contractor. We also gave her discounts on both the handyman service and roof repair.
I was very pleased with their work. The gentlemen did their work efficiently and were very neat. They were also very mannerly and on time. I plan to use them again when I need another job and I have recommended them to a friend. I am enjoying having all my doors having the same keyed locks. They also recommended what I need for a light. My bushes look great!
They did a good job.

Quick response and replaced the few shingles that blew off in the windstorm. Rate very reasonable and competitive.
