Innovative Construction & Roofing handled a house roof, garage roof and an awning replacement for us. This was our first experience with a roofing company and the experience was excellent! The workers showed up in the morning, began working and had the house roof completely finished by that evening. From the start they worked with my insurance company to get approval for replacement. The job was done professionalyy and looks great. They use quality materials and the house looks awesome!
We had the siding installed on our home, August of 2008. The people from Innovative were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We had no problems with the invoice, what they quoted was what we were billed. No surprises or unforseen up charges. The job took 4 days to complete, exactly what they quoted. We now have gone through two winters and have seen our heating and cooling bills, remain the same, even though in the St. Louis area, we have had two very difficult winters and a price increase from AmenUE.
Easy to reach and question. Took ampel measures to make sure eveything was right. Courteus and friendly workers. Cleaned up entire yard and even swept out garage.
