Dr. Dolezal is a great guy, nice, friendly an great at what he does. His staff on the other hand are horrible, over the phone the ladies are rude, if they even answer the phone or bother to get back to the voice mail I left how to contact me but not one returning call. I finally get an appointment cause my pcp helped me get through to get one and they cancel the appointment on me with no call to inform me, then just a few weeks ago I get a message saying I have an appointment an again no call saying it’s canceled or moved I ... read more

Everyone in the office is awesome and Dr. Dolezal is fantastic! He is a very active member of his community and Centralia College as well as being very funny and upbeat. I am very proud to have his in charge of my eyes :)

I took my daughter who is 6 years old here for her first eye exam and the experience was wonderful. She was treated by everyone there with a smiling attitude. The dr was excellent with children! We had no problem picking out her glasses and getting them ordered. Highly Recommend this place for you and your children.
Dr. Dolezal was great with my daughter (9), who also has Autism! We will definitely be back. (y)
