Wow. For the price, the service was shockingly bad. When we arrived, I tried to check in at what appeared to be the hostess station. She (snottily) directed us to the hotel front desk where we had to pay IN ADVANCE including an 18% gratuity for a buffet. We saw "our server" twice who didn't bother to even introduce herself or say welcome. She just asked, "What do you want to drink?" Mother’s Day brunch was a disaster. At $35 a person, the service should have been much better. Precharged before we ate including tip which was not deserved. We had to clean up our own dishes. Flagging down staff for beverages and then told only water and juice while other tables had mimosas, soft drinks and coffee. Served crab legs but without proper utensils. The front door set up was not marked and not friendly. Horrible. We will never be back.
Service was nice and friendly, attentive to our needs. Food was good.
The best Thanksgiving meal...Service was awesome. Staff friendy..
The food is wonderful. The best prime rib I ever had on the Sunday brunch!
