I LOVE living at Innova, concierge are so helpful. They have walked my 8 year old rat terrier, cleaned snow off my car, and have answered any questions I may have regarding property and neighborhood with no hesitation. I work at Cleveland Clinic and can’t beat my 6min “walking” morning commute! I really enjoy the activities they have available for the residents. I have been living here since June and absolutely love it! The building is clean and absolutely beautiful. The amenities are great and exactly what I was looking for. The staff is absolutely incredible! They are friendly, take amazing care of my dog while I'm at work, and reach out often just to say hello. I feel safe here and love being so close to University Circle and downtown.
During my 2 months fellowship, the best decision I took, was choosing Innova for my accommodation ❤
