RecommendedAlthough most of our residency at Innova Living has been during COVID, we have been grateful that its management has thoughtfully considered and enforced safety protections, and maintained a high-quality resident experience. The concierges are fabulous, friendly and always go the extra mile. The leasing staff works hard to accommodate the special needs of potential residents and current residents. The apartment is only a couple of blocks to the front door of Cleveland Clinic where I work. I feel very safe walking to work from the apartment. The building is clean, and the staff are very friendly. I looked at 4 other apartment buildings, and this one was the cleanest with the best gym and of course the proximity to work couldn't be beat. I know the neighborhood behind the apartment is not considered safe, but there are 3 sets of locked doors to go through to even get to my apartment so I never feel unsafe inside. All of... read more

Nice looking building, but unsafe neighborhood and is extremely expensive ($1,700+ for a 1 bdrm). Owners are not understanding when your living situation changes. They will strictly enforce everything you sign, and don't expect getting any money back.
Innova is the best building in the University Circle area! The apartments are new, up to date, and feature modern amenities. The gym is excellent and has several different types of equipment available for residents. The staff, from management to doormen, are incredible and the variety of food options in the building are also a huge asset. I couldn't think of a better community to be a part of!
I have been stayed in Innova living for two weeks. Perfect location, close proximity to Cleveland clinic. Walking distance to Botanical Garden. Love the amenities. Concierge and management staff are all wonderful. Thanks!
