I am a current resident this apartment complex and I love living here. The area is really nice and well-kept. Maintenance does a good job of responding to calls and work orders. The office staff does an amazing job of solving any problems that I have brought to them thus far. I recommend this apartment to anyone that I know is looking.

Renters Beware!!! I lived at this complex, and from the very beginning I had bad experiences. I had items stolen from my apartment as I was moving in by their cleaning crew. I have dealt with mold, flying gnats, a filthy building, trash compactor area full of trash, etc. I have posted pictures to validate, but I see they are monitoring their posts, and won't show the "Real Innisbrook Village Apartments." Do not move here, they will nickel and dime you every step of the way. Paid a $250 pet deposit, upon moving out I was charged $77 for pet stains! Excuse me, that's what the pet deposit is for! They also charged me $100 for finding some of my dogs poo, maybe if you kept the bags full you would have this problem. Oh but wait, you want to charge your tenants extra money where ever you can.

Layout of the complex was great! Pool (tropical walk-in) & cabanas were very nice. We had a 3rd floor walls were thin, both my neighbors smoked every day & night making our apt smell like cheap dirt weed :( loved my balcony & view! Couldn't afford the rent hike for the 2nd lease. Very nice 1st apartment!
Maintenance staff was great but don't get a 1st or 2nd floor apt the floors are paper thin and the noise is unbearable and the office staff does nothing and I mean nothing about it
Pathetic excuse for an apartment complex. Sending people to work on your roof at 9am on Saturday morning with hammers making sure nobody can sleep in and enjoy their weekend. Fuck you Innisbrook
