This unprofessional, dismissive apartment complex is THE REASON why Nisha Nicole bike was stolen. Why is rent over $1000, but the security gate has been broken for MONTHS!!! (Someone hit it) The ONLY "working" cameras are for the office. They claim that the cameras aren't working bc if the hit gate. Once again it's been MONTHS!!! They seem to care more about a pool and gym equipment, than residents paying rent. When informed of the stolen bike there was zero sympathy and an extreme lack of consideration. RecommendedIf you are looking for the perfect home, look no further! Innisbrook is the place for you and your family. I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical of apartment living after coming out of a two-story home and deciding to downsize. However, the transition here was nothing less than effortless! from the application process to the move in. I’ve been here at Innisbrooke apartments for a couple of years now. I must say I continue to enjoy my stay here. My family and I have been treated super nice by the staff. I would recommend my family and closest friend to stay here at Innisbrooke apartments.
Government housing at best. This place has been nothing but a problem for their surrounding neighbors. Police, car repos, gunshots. What a great addition to the surrounding area!

I loved staying at Innisbrook, the staff are great to work with. The apartments are kept up daily, there has never been a messy moment throughout the complex. The staff take pride in all phone calls, maintenance request and any concerns that I had. I knew at the end of the day that if I had to call for whatever reason that I was going to be taken care of, no worries there. If I ever return back to NC, I'm definitely moving back. Thank you all!
