They want to raise rates, again, but not maintain their units. I cannot even get a light bulb/lighting fixture changed. Called in the maintenance request over a year ago. Conveniently, there were no notes on it when I replied to their email notice of yet another rate increase. 10 months later, still don’t have a functioning light and yet another rate increase. I’ll be moving my stuff out as soon as I find the opportunity.
Ms.Lisa was very helpful and fast with her service. She has really great customer service.
