This is the most ridiculous place to come and try to start a journey of therapy. The staff is not professional. Once you question anything or have a concern about medications that they try to enforce and switch constantly, You are then chastised and told, "Well, maybe you need to check in at a hospital." My family was referred here after my son stayed at a psychiatric facility. They were mostly kind to our faces, but otherwise a total mess. 1. no waiting room 2. Counselors and physicians can be heard gossiping about patients and patients families in every room, even at reception. 3. Inexperienced counselors, interns who are just starting out, and should be willing to admit when they are way over their heads. 4. They lack resources, and make promises they can't hold up. Not sure who the staff is there, whoever answers the phone is completely unprofessional and will cut you off if you are having an issue and trying to explain. Had an appointment, but their system doesn't work so I lose my appointment. When calling to make sure Im doing the right thing, I get blown off. Wouldn't waste my time here cause whatever issues you may have, dealing with (at least whoever answers the phones) will make your issues worse! You would think being a psych you'd want to help people not cause a mental crisis.
