A couple days before the Covid 19 lock down, I injured my meniscus. Since my injury wasn’t “life threatening”, the proper medical diagnosis and the medical intervention was delayed. As a result, I ended up having two surgeries, total meniscus repair and hip replacement during the height of the lockdown. Inner Balance is seriously the best! I was immediately blown away by how thorough Dr. Tim is. I came in for headaches, vertigo, neck and lower back pain and before starting anything, he did a full assessment and actually listened to everything I had going on. Instead of getting the same basic adjustments you get at other places, he created a treatment plan just for me which included spinal decompression therapy (something I’d never heard of but now LOVE) — and it’s made a huge difference!
