It’s so easy to refer to Lauren and her team. Whether it is individual therapy, couples therapy, EMDR, you name it. Clients always receive top notch service in a very cool space right off Ponce. Highly recommend

My experience so far with Inner Balance is so amazing! Jolia has been such an amazing help. Building is in a good area, good parking, and she made me feel like I was in a safe place to be vulnerable. (And that’s just within the first few minutes coming inside) She was also able to fit me in for an appointment the next day that quick! Very first session went great and I’m excited for what’s to come. Highly recommend!
