I started seeing Rachel towards the end of my pregnancy for some adjustments and the Webster technique in order to make more room for the baby. She was always extremely professional and took the time to talk with me about other health related topics that may help me towards my goals. I continued to see her postpartum for adjustments. She is great at what she does!
Dr. Settles is great treating families. She was seeing me and my 15 month old and was very accommodating and understanding of my active son. She also provided great rehab advice for my neck as well as adjusting symptomatic areas. She works well with families and is a pleasure to be around.
Before Dr. Settles, I have never been adjusted before and was scared. I had headaches on and off for a couple of weeks and wanted to try something new. She showed confidence and knowledge and I couldn't have been happier with my visit. Not only did my headaches go away, but my body felt better and healthier. She also helped coach me on nutrition and healthier lifestyle. She looks at the patient as a whole and truly provides wellness. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Settles!
I went in to Dr. Settles with knee pain that was affecting my work at my job. After treatments with her, my pain not only went away but stayed away and that was big for me. She taught me exercises and stretches to do on my own as well to help keep my knee well. When I went in, my food choices weren't the greatest, and Dr. Settles helped me make better choices nutritionally which also helped me feel great overall. I love going to Dr. Settles and recommend her to everyone.
Dr. Settles really knows her stuff. I was a patient of hers while she was going to school. She was awesome! I also have a 2 year old son that she did wonders for. She was gentle, precise, and best of all I felt great afterwards. The only reason I am not patient anymore is because she moved to Tampa so my loss is now Tampa's gain.
