Dr. Rachel is such an amazing chiropractor! She is smart, kind, professional, and truly cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone!
I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Settles for pregnancy care. She is down to earth and provides compassionate care. This was my first pregnancy without sciatic pain and she helped baby be in an optimal position for birth. I highly recommend to pregnant and VBAC moms.
Dr. Rachel meets you where you are in life and helps you get back to a balanced structure. Her adjustments are always just what I need to keep my body (bones, muscles, organs, mind) functioning at it's best. I came to her table almost two years after a car accident and she's helped me understand the ways I can best support my body to keep those injury patterns unwound from my body.
I started seeing Rachel mid way through my pregnancy. She was always sok kind and super compassionate. I was struggling to walk because my hips were so off. After an adjustment from her i felt immediate difference. I could work my restaurant job and tend to my other 3 kids with more comfort till the end of my pregnancy.
