We had a party of seven and got seated very quickly. Unfortunately, we waited a very long time for our food as we watched tables who were seated after us get their food. The waitress was apologetic, but the manager blamed the kitchen and could have cared less about the poor service. He was too busy walking around trying to look important instead of taking care of his customers. Once the food finally came - it was mediocre at best - burgers over cooked and dry. We frequently visit York and we will never go back.
