Overall, not bad. Room was clean. Staff was good. Noisy but not a big deal if you are getting drunk and going out while you're there. Room needs a fridge though to keep beer cold. Lots of noise. It was entertaining to see some guy lose his mind because of all the racket. If you are going to Chicago to sleep and be a hermit and have no fun find another hotel and do not stay downtown where all the noise is.
Needs updating desperately
Great experience and the staff was super helpful. The view from our 22nd floor suite was to die for. Location was amazing... So much bang for our buck. Hubby and I were in awe we got all that for the price!
Dirty. Old. Outdated. Noisy.
