Overall we are satisfied with our stay at the Inn of Chicago only because of the attentiveness of the staff. George and Shawn in the security department were exceptional and did everything to accommodate our stay. The hotel itself was a disappointment, nothing like the photos online. The rooms along with the linens were unclean and the carpets in the halls and rooms were filthy and covered in stains. I opened the fridge to find hair and dirt inside. Rooms could use more space, and more amenities for guest is needed. Breakfast would be a nice start.

We stayed three nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once! Luckily it was just two of us and we had enough towels, because I honestly was ok with them not coming in our room. The bathroom was full of mold and you couldn’t even see through the nasty black stuff on the mirror to do your hair or makeup.

Pretty terrible experience. Waited an hour in line in the lobby just to check in. Room was dirty. Empty beer cans sitting on top of the armoire. I went to look for a blanket in a drawer and etched into the bottom of the drawer was written “You will die today”. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If any staff reads this, please fix this drawer in room 1518.

Horrible hotel. Horrible service dirty, old , not maintained at all, didn’t get bed and bathroom cleaned next morning , not even a bottle of water in bedroom , you charge in advanced so no one can leave once you see the reality. Misleading pictures on web site. Horrible everything
