Great town to visit!!!!!!
So disappointed in this hotel. If this is where someone stays during their first visit to Chicago, they will be disappointed and may not return. Please know that this hotel is not the average -- and it does not reflect some of the other options available! Our bathroom had dirty cracked tile on the floor, old cracked pedestal sink, and dirty stinky carpet! There are only a couple of elevators for this entire hotel, so a trip up or down can take a while and should be planned for if you are on a tight schedule for a show or som... read more
Right downtown, an all together pleasant stay aside from the small elevators.
Love the old school look an the rooftop terrace
Everything was great from the customer service to the room.
Best place in Chicago! Just around the corner from Michigan Ave and every place in between.
Awesome view of the city great location for public transportation and parking garage availability
