Our rates are always based on double occupancy and include daily housekeeping along with a nice continental breakfast.

Our first time coming and we love it here !!! Our room had a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub with a screened in porch over looking the river...it’s beautiful and relaxing plus the drinks and the food are amazing! I highly recommend this hidden gem � Very kid friendly as well. The staff are so wonderful and try to help in any way possible !

This is an awesome place to stay in. Also a perfect place to grab a beer and chill after a long day of rafting and other adventures out on the Kennebec river. The food is amazing!
Awesome stay. Loved sitting out on the deck watching the hummingbirds feed with the river in the background. The location is perfect, beautiful and quiet. The staff are also awesome, super friendly without being annoying. Food was excellent too. Can't wait to come back!
Beautiful Inn with a view to match! It overlooks the confluence of the Dead River and Kennebec River which is super cool. Located conveniently to Three Rivers Whitewater. The bar and sports lounge are some of my favorite features. There is a variety of rooms to choose from to accommodate a variety of parties. The food is excellent as well!
What a wonderful place to kick back and relax! The atmosphere is great! Super friendly staff and the food is delicious! Nothing beats an Inn By The River eggs benedict!
