In 1884 Nathaniel Palmer built his unique, Greek-Revival home overlooking Crystal Lake and Eaton's Little White Church. Nathaniel ran his home, known as The Palmer House, as a small hotel taking in some of the many visitors that came to spend time enjoying the mountains and lakes. After Nathaniel's death in 1899, his wife, Mary, continued to take in guests and their son, Frank, continued this until the 1940's. Our favorite place to go with friends... Very quaint...Very friendly..Very good food and drinks.. Very comfortable atmosphere!!!!
What a fantastic stay. Our family rented the entire Inn for our Wedding Day. Tim and Bob were over the top accommodating our very large group. They took care of us like family. Truly wonderful people. Rehearsal dinner and breakfast was simply delicious. Gluten free upon request was beyond tasty. Thank you! We will be back to celebrate our anniversaries!
