Called to make an appointment, was put on hold for about 10+mins. Then the call was picked up and I was on speaker for several minutes, during that time I heard patient information such as first and last name, D.O.B, SS#, phone number and what the patient was being seen for. Being the medical myself Im quite sure this definitely HIPPA violation. Now I dont feel comfortable at all scheduling with this facility.
As fast as my mental health was declining, Justin Matar's level of experience with my condition, is phenomenal! I can honestly say he's a blessing in disguise!
I saw justin Matar he’s. Amazing and such a great psychiatrist and he’s like worth a million of bucks lol he totally listens to u and he totally changed my life if u live in the Temecula are I would recommend him a lot thx u sooo much Justin

Called for the first time ever. Had a referral. The woman on the phone was short, no friendly voice, no smile in her voice. For a facility like that, when people who already have issues, she is NOT the right person to sit there. I told her so and I hung up. I would suggest to get a friendly person on that phone.
