Phone calls with my psychiatrist are always under 30 seconds, which is insane. Also weird that half of the time, the front desk answers, while the other half it's clearly an out of country call center. Seems like that's pretty risky with HIPAA but I digress
Staff of horrible. I tried 2 days to get through. I got placed on hold every single time I called. Every time it would just hang up. Then finally they answered and had a month long waiting list….

I highly recommend this place!! Angelica was the first person who truly made me feel seen and supported when I was struggling to figure out how to continue my mental health care. I had been getting regular support and medication for my ADHD with Inland Psychiatric Medical Group , but after a change in insurance, I didn’t know where to start.
