I think you should put updates on this page like where your crews are working and where they will move to next so people can kind of get an estimate of when they may have power back it sucks being in the dark and not knowing!

just got my power bill and i am not very happy. im not only being charged a city tax, and then a state tax, im being charged a service provider fee. what is up with that. also it seems that since the digital meters were installed my bill is a lot higher, and it hasn't been that cold and i turned my thermostat down to 68. $154.00 for 28 days service is a little steep
Just got your apology letter about the scrambling you had to do during the 2 big wind storms and getting everyone's power back on. You don't need to apologize. We know that there were LOTS of people working their butts off to get things taken care of. I think you did an excellent job considering how widespread the problem was. Thanks!
