We have been in our new neighborhood for 15 months now and our power has gone out literally over a dozen times not including the times it flickers on off sporadically every single month,something is definitely wrong and needs to be resolved.
Got home last night to a dark and cold house. Called in the outage and had a callback within minutes. It wasn’t long before a lineman knocked at my door, braving the snow storm, to restore my power. Great customer service and reliable power overall.
Wish we had Avista. All my friends (in my neighborhood) with Avista have been powered up again. Yes, it would be helpful if they posted where they are working. I am not home, but have a freezer and three refrigerators to be concerned aobut.

Inland Power restored power to our neighborhood yesterday afternoon. However, they failed to reconnect a transformer they disconnect on a pole in front of our neighbor's house. This impacts four houses, including two elderly couples with health issues. We have called multiple times to request a lineman return to finish the job. We receive the same mundane response everytime about how they are doing everything they can. This is a 2 minute job!
