I do not recommend if you need foot orthotics within a reasonable time. It will take you at least 1/6 year (6-8 weeks) to get them custom made, so I am told. This makes little sense, because they do the molds in-house. If I had known of the long- turn- around time, I would have gone to San Diego, where the time is 2-days. The only thing I can think of for the long turn-around-time is the low priority place on foot orthotics. Just be aware of the time frame for the product.
