Stacy aka Rex is the best in the business.. I have had the privilege of 3 pieces inked on me by such talent. I travel from Syracuse to Oswego and will continue to do so.. There is NO shop in Syracuse that comes close to Inkings!!! I love it as well as my daughter who also has many by Rex...I wish I could give this 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS!!!!
