A quality guy and an impressive inspector. I am a big believer in two things in life. Pay for quality and pay for personalized attention. Danny offered both of these to my wife and I. Danny was a very professional inspector. He was on time and definitely prepared. He helped us avoid buying a house that had some foundation issues, which would have cost us a lot of money. He was very thorough and took his time inspecting every part of the house. He also made what can be a tedious inspection fun, by having us guess if there was hidden treasure in the creepy attic. Unfortunately, there wasn't. Overall, he was very knowledgeable and professional.
I want to start out by saying those who choose to opt out of an inspection are CRAZY. Danny saved us from 1 disappointing disaster and the 2nd one the homeowner is making corrections on what could have been a financial nightmare. Danny is extremely knowledgeable and professional... Just because something looks good on the outside doesn’t mean that it’s been taken care of or to code. Thanks again Danny for another informational inspection that could have costed us 10-15 thousand dollars!
