I have to give this a zero rating if I could. T Carlos(the owner) is nothing more but a pervert. As soon as I arrived for a walk in after finding the shop on Google I got a weird feeling but insisted on getting inked up. I described to Carlos what kind of design I wanted and waited on him to prep for me.
