My PCP referred me here after a car accident. I am so pleased with the care from Dr. Slattery , the NP ‘s , nurses. and especially the physical therapy staff ( you know who you are ) the First Ladies you get to see are the desk staff that check you in, and call to remind you of your apt. I know they do so much more and thank you. God bless you all. I think I am progressing well if I behave myself.

staff is excellent. all who work here are very professional and friendly. I had a neck and shoulder injury. I had shoulder surgery on 24th of April and is coming back alot sooner than I thought. excellent staff thank you. I highly recommend

Having worked for Dr. Slattery years ago, when I was injured in an auto accident last summer, there was no question who I would trust to provide my evaluation and recovery treatment .
