Apparently they Lost or illegally destroyed my medical records. The state of Georgia has requested my medical records twice in the past year, and Injury 2 Wellness has ignored the request. I recently found out about this and tried to get the records myself. I have run into unanswered phone calls messages, not returned, and one response of will look into it. Filing a complaint with the state licensing board. Obviously this is not acceptable.
