I love Inhale Miami. It's a super groovy spot with wonderful people that supports artists and presents enlightened programming. ( plus it has easy parking, a huge bonus for musicians in Miami ).
I was traveling and had Inhale Miami in my wish list for months! I was so happy to finally step into this space and to receive a very juicy and empowering class from Rikki. The space is spacious, lively and most importantly welcoming. Their message resonates: it's all about the love and walking out feeling amazing! Stay connected with them because they offer an array of classes, events and workshops. What a great contribution to the Miami community!
I can't believe a place like this exists. Rikki (owner) teaches free yoga on Sunday mornings, and you can take your kid. Rikki has made me cry of happiness the first time I took Mia. She embraced my daughter, teaching her movements while still checking on the adults :) My 2,5 yr old daughter often tells me at home: Mom, breath!..One More Time... Breath! I am so thankful to have my yoga time back, and now with my munchkin!
IN DUB was fantastic. I'll definitely go back again.
