I love the area so quiet and beautiful, I decided to have Insight Homes build me a home.
Beautiful homes, private lots, not cookie cutter style or right on top of your neighbor’s home. Small development with less drama. I lived closer to the beach but missed my privacy, so the longer drive is fine with me.
Nice homes, great lots but 45 minutes to the beach. Prices are a bit too high for how far it is from the beach.
We were under contract on a lot at Ingrams Point. Strongly suggest buyers bring their own realtor instead of using an agent that claims to represent both; they represent the builder. Watch price increases and builder escalation clauses.
