We bought my wife's ring at another location. They didn't size it properly and the diamonds on the side are always loose. And, now they won't honor their lifetime warranty because 'we didn't come get it checked enough'. I was tired of dealing with them and was directed to Ingrams. They have been amazing. They stayed open late to help us. They gave us a bunch of options to fix a ring that wasn't even their product. I will be a loyal customer here. Thanks!
