Such a wonderful staff and experience! I recently had them create a tiny cross necklace with the diamonds from an emerald ring my mother gave me, then redesign the emerald ring. Needless to say they are both perfect and I’m beyond happy with the results!!
Wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. Got married 6.5 years ago and a prong holding the center stone broke this past month, they didn't even charge me to fix it. If quality and customer service is what you want, go to Ingrams.

Ingram’s is by far the BESTJewelry Store in Idaho Falls! Our entire family purchases all of their rings and watches from them. They have the best selection and their prices are great. They have awesome customer service as well. It is so nice that they know you by name and treat you like family!
After buying a engagement and wedding ring at Ingrams which were both so beautiful and came with exceptional service. I took my ring in that my dad gave me to have the setting fixed. What I got back was a ring that looked brand new. Thank you for making my day !!!
