Ive been here a little over a year and love it!
A very nice and accommodating 55+ community! The Property Manager is wonderful, very pleasant and always sure any and all issues are handled in a timely manner. She is always looking for new events she can bring to the community. The grounds are kept very nice, a walking trail, close to 65 & Sunshine and if you are looking for occasional community activities you are in the right spot. The Director of Maintenance is also outstanding! He is extremely prompt in handling any maintenance issues you have as well as being proactive... read more
My husband and I have been here for over six months and Ingram Mill Villas has exceeded our expectations! Nicole, our manager and Les, our maintenance man are extremely competent in what they do and how they do it! Both my husband and I have concluded this after both being involved in leadership positions, both locally and nationally. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this place.
