In 2023, I came to her with a suspicion about my health, in which she told me, "It can't be that". I had lab work done and she had her nurse call me back to confirm that my suspicions were correct. No follow up call, or health recommendations provided. I called them back twice after my lab diagnosis to get another appointment because I wanted to know how to move forward with my health and she never returned my call. I've been going to Dr.Ingram since I was in high-school and i'm almost 30 years old now, I LOVE HER! She's very knowledgeable, empathetic, and friendly. She's also very thorough. She goes above and beyond for her patients and truly builds a relationship with them. She delivered my son for me last year and she was only supposed to work half a day.
