I used to come to Infusion at least once a month a few years ago when they had K-pop nights with an open bar package. Those nights were extremely fun and the drinks were super delicious! It was a party atmosphere so it's not really a relaxing experience. We were there for one of my friends birthday. But the food was good.
I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was extremely poor. My friends and I were asked to leave without any valid reason. One of us stepped away to use the restroom, and staff claimed she was “puking” despite there being absolutely no evidence of that. We were all completely sober. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and hostile. We were told to leave immediately and stand outside in the cold despite requesting to wait for a ride at the entrance. Absolutely unacceptable. My friends and I were kicked out and accused of throwing up in the bathroom by the general manager . No proof, no respect, and terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a club. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values fair treatment. This experience ruined the entire night. This place needs to work on professionalism and communication.
