We’ve been going to Infusion for Health for almost 3 years. We started going to the Tarzana location, but now we go to this West Hills location since it’s closer to us. Firstly, let me start by saying we’ve had great encounters with the staff at both the Tarzana and West Hills locations. It’s really hard to find the vein and we get very nervous. I went to this West Hills location after trying a different location. I was a little nervous because it was a horrible experience at the previous place. I am happy to report that my infusion at West Hills went perfect! I had Sam as my nurse and she was wonderful! I told her about the previous place where they could not even find a vein and poked me FIVE times before giving up and blaming me for it. Sam was able to find a vein immediately and I have no bruises! She explained everything and made sure to constantly check on me.... read more
Great experience at Infusion for Health! The staff is always kind, professional, and makes me feel comfortable during my infusions. The nurses are attentive and truly care about their patients. I'm very grateful for the excellent care I receive every visit.
