This is now the THIRD time I’ve had issues with Infusion for Health’s scheduling department, and it’s completely unacceptable. I received a text for a July 14 appointment I don’t remember scheduling. I rescheduled for July 23, only to have them cancel the DAY BEFORE, claiming I didn’t have authorization—even though I had the authorization letter in my hand. Then came conflicting excuses.
