Excellent support, feedback and re-upholstering of cushions and daybed - Inform was able to match existing fabric and outcome was exactly what we wanted. Friendly and accommodating service.

Would give zero stars if possible. I wish I read the reviews prior to agreeing to contract Derek to upholster a custom made bedhead. I found his communication to be erratic, initially we were specified a 4-6 week lead time & after 6 months, only after employing a lawyer to act on our behalf we were returned our deposit because the work had not been completed. We were never provided any real updates regarding progress or installation. Very disappointing experience.
