The lady at the front who answers the phone or owns it or whatever is rude. She say they be booked or doesn’t have any more spots but there are plenty of room she refuses services to wait for someone who has an “APPOINTMENT” but never shows up. DO NOT RECOMMEND❗️ She need to be fired very rude and unprofessional
The lady at the front is very rude she tells people they are busy or only taking appointments when no one is coming inside. She’s a lair I’ve had this done twice she says oh we are booked she get in her ways sometimes and don’t won’t to be bothered or something but I won’t be back
I called yesterday to get their hours. Not one time did the lady say they only take customers who book appointments. I took a Lyft. As soon as I walked in the door she asked what I needed done and she said I had to make an appointment
The owner is a nasty, gaslighting, disrespectful piece of work. I would never patronize this business again. Typical “Karen” behavior. I’ll go to someone who’ll gladly take my money and won’t continuously decline my appointment for no reason AT ALL! I’ve never spoken to this woman before in my life before today and I’ll never speak to her again! Save your money and take it someone who isn’t a gaslighter!
Brian KILLS it every single time I go see him. He is easy to talk to, so creative!!!!! And always makes my visions come to life no matter how horribly I describe them I so appreciate his vision, prices, and the way he makes me feel when I walk out the door. The entire team is great, Liz too!!! They even squeezed in two pedicures last minute, they truly do go above and beyond for their clients.
