Love living here! The apartments have unique modern interiors. The neighborhood is great – so many restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Also, the staff is fantastic!

WOA. Velocity has been nothing but exceptional. My sister, Herc (our bulldog) and I recently moved into Velocity and we could not be happier! The management staff has been amazing in every aspect. We love our new home and all the new peeps in our lives <3
I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE. My sister and I just moved in about a month ago and everyone here (both tenants and management) is so nice and friendly. We felt right at home immediately, we have an amazing view of people eating at Biscuit Love (ha), there's free coffee in the common area and a gawgeous workout room. Also cannot beat the location. Pretty much everything is in walking distance.

I have been at velocity for 5 years and since the new management took over, everything has seemed to go down. Can't get a straight answer from anyone because they don't know the answer and people are destroying the property. Example: Grass is half way to my knee and I walk in dog shit every time I take my dogs out and clean up their poop. I question management and they look out the door and say, yeah it looks like it needs to be cut , but I don't know who has that contract. Now, do I believe that? NO!
