RecommendedWe love living here! All of the staff members are very friendly and know how to make everyone feel welcomed and cared for, not to mention, spoil our sweet boy, Buster. Moved here end of May and could not be happier, the staff is nice, maintenance is swift and awesome. The location and ease of access to everything could not be better for how quickly the city is growing!
I would NOT recommend living here unless you enjoy living in a community that could care less about their residents, their safety, and concerns. All they care about is making money, and will do whatever it takes to make more money, even if that means running off their loyal residents. I’ve lived here for a year now and I’m sad to leave to move to a different state. Absolutely LOVED living here. Staff and maintenance have always been super responsive and helpful. Would definitely move back here if I come back to Nashville!
There have to be better options out there. I have had too many bad experiences with this place to recommend it.
I love Velocity! I've been here since May 2017 and I've had nothing but a fantastic experience over the last year. The staff have been amazing (and always friendly), the residents are great, and the amenities (the gym, the rooftop lounge, etc.) are perfect! Velocity has definitely made my transition from CA to TN so much easier...I LOVE my new home here.
