I got a car accident at the beginning of January, and the faulty part has a Kemper Insurance, and this is THE WORST COMPANY ever seen, Adjuster Janette Hernandez-Archbold was so rude with me all the time. My car was 4 weeks at the body shop, but I asked her about rental car just for 2 weeks. She told me that I could proceed with my rental car and that they would reimburse the total amount once I provided the rental receipt.
