Installation was not pretty. It is unfortunate as we love the Provia windows, and do feel they were installed with good insulation. Where it gets bad is that we paid for new trim, and framing. Painted white and ready to go. The nail holes were sloppily filled with the wrong color. The corners do not meet up properly, over and sloppy use of Caulk… for what we paid for- very embarrassed on some of the installs. Friends and other contractors have commented how terrible it is. So now I’m supposed to pay someone to come and ... read more
If you’re looking for a roofing contractor who truly stands behind his work, I highly recommend Martin and the team at Infinity Exteriors. From start to finish, Martin was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He worked hard to get our project scheduled quickly, kept us updated throughout the process, and personally followed up multiple times after the work was completed to ensure we were completely satisfied. What impressed me most was his commitment to customer service... read more
The salesperson was fantastic and very collaborative in helping make decisions about my project replacing 2 doors, however I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the project. It's been 12 weeks and the project is not done. The quality of the doors is amazing, but I can't comment on the install since it's not finished. When I called after 10 weeks, I was told "Your doors... read more
We recently had our roof replaced by Infinity Exteriors. From start to finish our experience with Martin G. was very positive. He checked the roof, gave us options based on what we wanted to do and supervised the project to our satisfaction. His crew was great, working around unexpected heat and storms. They were friendly, courteous, and kept the site cleaner than we expected. They were professional in every aspect. Overall, we were very pleased with the process and the quality of work from Martin and his team. We def... read more
From start to finish, the professionalism, communication, workmanship and crew were all outstanding. Our project included re-flashing around a stone chimney which presented a high level of difficulty that only an experienced craftsman could properly handle. The lead man Aaron represented the company exceptionally well—he was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The quality of the deliverables exceeded our expectations all around, and the communication was spot o... read more
