En la vida se les ocurra hacer negocios en este dealer, son unos estafadores. No dan lo que prometen y cuando pides la devolución de tu dinero, no dan la cara y no te resuelven. Hace ya 1 mes que estoy en esto y no me han regresado nada. LADRONES.
Son unos ladrones, no tienen idea de cómo manejar un dealer. No son serios, no tienen palabra, los carros los venden con mil detalles y no se hacen responsables de nada. A la semana de tener un carro lo devolví, aun espero por el down payment Que me dijeron que me iban a reintegrar y nada que dan la cara.
I made an appointment with them and they literally never showed up even tho it’s during their hours of operation. i couldn’t get ahold of them… really unprofessional and irritating considering i drove all this way for nothing…
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE. THEY MADE ME DRIVE A WHOLE HOUR AWAY TO SEE A CAR AND THE CAR WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED. A HUGE BROKEN WINDSHIELD, AND DAMAGES ON THE SIDE AND FRONT OF THE CAR. AND THE CAR IS NOT WORTH 20K WITH SO MANY DAMAGES. THE COSTUMER SERVICE ALSO SUCKS. ALL HE TOLD ME WAS “ THE INSURANCE CAN FIX THAT “.
I have bad experienced with this dealership. Please avoid doing business with them if you can. They never returned phone messages and email questions.
