Nice rentals & always resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Great people to deal with. Very fair. When we had a bad experience in one of their complexes, they found us another unit released us from that lease and leased to the new unit.
Expect their maintenance to break into your apartment when you're gone. Additionally you'll never see your deposit back.
She (as in Tina) recently bought an apartment building I was living in, after 2 months of her owning the unit she gave me 30 days to be out even though I was paying rent on time and never been behind. I started moving and had majority of my big furniture out and the NEXT day without permission OR keys went into the unit and threw away ALL of my remaining belongings including my unborn baby ultrasounds and belongings(mind you I had till the 31st and she threw my stuff out on the 10th). Currently applied for a unit and we were quite honest with the owners. We let them know that we are victims of identity thief and fraud. Also explained that we are paying off the debt just to get it off our credit because we are having a difficult time and clearing identity thief takes years to recover from. Regardless we have more than enough income but they based everything off of our credit even tho we have proof with a police report stating these items on our credit is fraudulent.
